Description of Job:

Uses Microsoft Dynamics AX and other Microsoft tools to create shipping paperwork for outgoing orders and to receive incoming orders. Routinely interact with truck drivers to acquire signatures and complete paperwork validating regulatory documentation. Completes inventory transactions using RF scan guns. Verifies inventory accuracy for shipping and receiving locations. Communicates with a diverse group including production, purchasing, sales, carriers, and customers to coordinate on time shipments and deliveries. Uses online tools to schedule shipments. Maintains and files shipping and receiving paperwork. Operate Forklift and CAT as needed. Maintain good housekeeping in shipping/receiving areas. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Strong focus on safety

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Dynamics AX

· Experience using Microsoft tools preferred

· Previous Shipping and Receiving experience preferred

· Highly detail oriented

· Diligent about accuracy

· Must be able to pass forklift physical and earn forklift certification

· Frequent stooping, twisting and bending

· Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds

· Alternates sitting and walking/standing

· Extended periods of computer use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
